Not every day you get an exciting text message from an A List celebrity asking you to help them organise their 50th birthday lunch in less than 6 x days!!!! ⏳Eeek!![]()

On the August bank holiday weekend I received an early morning wake up text on the Sunday from the award winning British actress Naomie Harris OBE! 🏅![]()

As you can imagine I jumped out of bed 🛌💨and arranged to have a phone call later that day to take a detailed brief. 📲✍️![]()

I then reached out to 5 x luxury central London venues that I knew would be perfect 🤩👌 (had to be walking distance to the Crystal maze experience which was booked by client for late am!). The venues included:![]()

- 5* Mandarin Oriental London which the client requested 🏨![]()
- 5* Rocco Forte Hotels Brown’s Hotel - thank you Charla Forinton for the quick intro to the team 😍![]()
- 5* Cafè Royal Hotel 🏨and ![]()
- Tattu London near Tottenham Court Road 🐍🥢🥠![]()
- Plus their Sister restaurant; the newly opened Fenix London in Mayfair 🇬🇷![]()

The Fenix Mayfair was ideal as they could offer:![]()

- private dining 🍽️ plus a personalised menu for her 20 x special guests ![]()
- a gorgeous sharing style menu which meant that a preorder was not necessary 🤗- this was ideal with less than a week to arrange and communicate the details to Naomie’s special guests.![]()

Naomie was in full agreement and so we confirmed Fenix on the Tuesday! ✅![]()

Naomie was super busy filming 🎬📽️her new BBC legal drama ‘Reputation’ so I liaised with her best friends to make the event happen and visited the restaurant to do a recce on the Wednesday. ![]()

I also took photos 📷 for Naomie and we even FaceTimed to ensure the venue was perfect! It was stunning in every way!!! ![]()

We also booked the amazing Emily Halil a psychic, tarot intuitive and meditation teacher to attend the event and do readings for all the guests. With residencies at Dior and Harrods, Emily is renowned for her work in sound healing and intuitive practice. Super special 🔮✨🎴![]()

We also explored a birthday cake 🍫🎂 and gifting for the guests plus we sent a personalised Jo Malone London candle to the venue as a gift from the Mabrouka team! 🎁🕯️![]()

The event was a huuuuge success and we are super proud to have played a part in Naomie’s fabulous 50th birthday party! Icing on the cake was this wonderful message from our client:![]()

We enjoyed a matcha & cake 🍵🍰as we browsed exciting ‘artist impressions’ of the new Luton Hoo Hotel & Spa 🏨which is currently undergoing an extensive programme of refurbishment and renewal to ensure this iconic property continues to enchant guests for generations to come. ![]()

We also learnt that there is a new Sofitel Dublin Airport hotel ✈️🇮🇪opening next year and helped introduce Priya to Nicola Chater who organises an annual Meet in Ireland event in November which will be the ideal place to introduce this new hotel to fellow agents and Irish suppliers.![]()

We’ve been meaning to check this venue out for a while and it did not disappoint - such a super cool cocktail bar🍹, restaurant 🍽️and nightclub 🕺💃🏾located on Oxford Road just off West Street and benefiting from 2 bars and a gorgeous outdoor heated terrace area. ![]()

The venue is available for semi private hire and exclusive use plus the menu looks amazing and the cocktails were superb 👌🥰- we can’t wait to go back to experience their famous Sunday roast in the Autumn! ![]()

Christmas🎄at Monty's looks really exciting too with an apres ski 🎿🚡🚠⛷️🌌🪩themed terrace and we’ve just given them a new enquiry for 40 x clients for a Friday in December. ![]()
